About
the Coach

A woman with long dark hair and earrings, wearing a black sleeveless top, sitting at a desk with a smile. Behind her, a large white letter 'C' on a dark wall, with shelves holding books and decorative items.

With more than 15 years in the fitness industry and over a decade as a multi-unit franchise owner, Heather has witnessed firsthand how transformative high-energy thinking can be. She’s seen how a strong mindset fuels better health, stronger emotional balance, and exceptional professional performance. Her work is centered on helping people break limiting patterns and step fully into their potential. As a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practioner through iPEC, one of the most recognized and highly-respected coaching training programs in the industry, I look forward to bringing this same way of thinking to your boardroom as she does the fitness studio.

A Reputation Built on Leadership

  • “Her teams were strong, her members were loyal, and people wanted to work for her. She did it respectfully and always with the brand's best interest in mind, which is why people at every level trusted her. Heather has done the hard parts herself: hiring, leading, growing multiple locations, and working through the tough moments with a franchisor. She knows how to turn that into advice other leaders can use.”

    — Former COO Orangetheory Fitness

  • "Heather has always led by example, setting a high standard while making the people around her feel supported, trusted, and capable of reaching it. She challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone, gave me the space to be honest about my concerns, and consistently provided the guidance and encouragement I needed to take the next step"

    — Jillian, Former Regional Manager and 2026 Illinois Manger of the Year
